Non-Solicitation Policy

Confluence Philanthropy is not a funding organization, nor do we channel philanthropic capital directly to discrete individuals, investment opportunities, or funds.

Meetings between members of Confluence Philanthropy are intended to serve as a private space for foundation leaders and their advisors to meet and strategize about the best use of assets in fulfilling their organization's mission. To retain the integrity of this convening we must maintain a strict policy of non-solicitation during and after any Confluence event. We ask that advisors and grant seekers not solicit Practitioner Investors unless invited. Those who violate this policy will not be invited to participate in future meetings.
